What are the obligations of a Caliper OEM partner?
An OEM business partner must:
Offer Caliper products as part of an integrated system or component of a system, not modify the Caliper product or component so as to adversely affect its performance or the safety of the operator, and be responsible for installation, training, support and repair of the Caliper product. Back to Top
What do I do if my customers require service and support?
We understand that companies may not be able to provide post-sale support until a critical mass of sales develops. In these situations, your customer may be able to purchase Caliper service and support on an annual or as-needed basis. This issue can be discussed in detail with the Caliper Service & Support Group.

How long is your warranty for OEM products?
Caliper OEM products include a 15-month warranty to ensure that you have time to integrate our products into your systems and still provide your customers with the 12-month warranty they expect.

Do you provide training to new OEM partners?
Caliper provides training for OEM partners at its headquarters Hopkinton, Massachusetts. Training includes installation, operation, maintenance and service of our products. Your first training class is provided free of charge, and additional training is available for purchase.

Can I brand Caliper OEM products with our own logo?
Caliper OEM products can be manufactured with or without the Caliper logo and markings, and we can include your company logos and markings, including your own paint scheme, during the manufacturing process.
