Single/Multiplex IHC & IF
The increasing demand for biological imaging leads researchers to extract meaningful data from intact tissue in order to study the expression level of single/multiple target protein(s) within cells and in native microenvironments. As such, reliable Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF) methods are needed in order to obtain a quantitative and automated measurement of protein(s) of interest. These improved types of assessments are more consistent and clinically relevant and have less chances of false positive or negative data, as they do not rely on visual interpretation, instead they benefit from machine-based algorithms that employ intuitive tools for quantitating multiple labels and stains. The following is a listing including, but not limited to our IHC and IF services. Customized biomarker detection services according to your specific needs are also available.
