| Measurement | Test and reference compounds (10mM stock solutions in DMSO) are diluted in 10uM transport buffer (0.1% of DMSO pH 7.4 HBSS buffer containing 10mM HEPES. Media was removed before experiment. Add 150ul of compound solution to monolayer side (apical side) and 500ul of transport buffer to bottom side (basolateral side). Samples were removed from both side and analyzied by LC/MS. |
