| Measurement | Test and reference compounds (10mM stock solutions in DMSO) are diluted in PBS to 300uM. 300ul of compound solution is added into a receiver plate and 200ul of PBS is added to a pre-coated filter plate. The filter plate is gently placed on top of the receiver plate and incubated at room temperature for 5 hrs. After incubation, 150ul of top and bottom solution is measured under the same UV/VIS condition to determine the amount of sample that has passed through the membrane. |
