Cytokine / Chemokine Secretion

Our cell-based secretion assays determine the activating or inhibitory potential of compounds by measuring cytokine/chemokine secretion in cell culture supernatants. The measurements are done using the Luminex technology platform. Additional measurements can include relevant cell surface marker levels by Flow Cytometry.
