KinaseScreen™ Mechanism of Action (MoA)
Mechanism of Action studies provide researchers with detailed information about the manner in which their compounds interact with enzymatic targets and are important for characterizing allosteric inhibitors and assessing kinetic on and off rates.
CDAS has developed a detailed, thorough, 5-step process to determine your compounds mechanism of action using unique Caliper LabChip® technology features:
1. Compound IC50 determination (10 concentrations in duplicate)
2. Reversibility of the kinase inhibition
3. Assessment of Reaction progress linearity in presence of inhibitor
4. Type of inhibition: Competitive, non competitive or uncompetitive
5. Compound K-Off determination
Study your compound(s) mechanism of action in select kinase assays developed as part of the CDAS KinaseScreen™ program.
• Turnaround time: 5 to 6 weeks
