CYP Regulatory
Metabolism related drug drug interactions play an important role in the high attrition rate observed in drug development. CDAS panels of CYP450 inhibition assays have been designed to provide an early, fast and inexpensive assessment of a compound potential to inhibit one or more specific CYP450 enzyme that could interfere with the normal metabolism of another drug.
CYP Basic (6 assays) and CYP Regulatory panels investigate the CYP450 enzymes most commonly involved in drug drug interactions metabolism while CYP Explorer which contains 31 P450 assays using both rat and human source material provides a thorough drug CYP450 inhibition profile and a useful resource to investigate molecular mechanisms of toxicity.
CYP Regulatory is a panel of 17 Cytochrome, P450 assays all from human source material.
