Maestro™ Dynamic
Maestro Dynamic™ is a kinetic in vivo imaging system that generates time-based kinetic images and movies of fluorescent reagents and labeled antibodies, allowing you to obtain quantitative data on the temporal biodistribution of fluorescent markers, and enabling discrimination between bound and unbound antibodies. It is fully automated for consistent results and intuitive use by even non-technical personnel.
The Maestro Dynamic system comes with a light-tight, heated chamber and an automated fluorescence imaging system for multiple, user-defined wavelengths ranging from the blue out to the near infrared. Easy-to-use software comes pre-installed on a powerful computer workstation.

Maestro Dynamic dramatically reduces the time to distinguish specific from non-specific binding by as much as 90%. An all-optical anatomic organ map can be constructed using a time-series of spectral image datasets and sophisticated software algorithms.
