pXen13 (pSK luxCDABE)
This is a cloning vector carrying the original Photorhabdus luminescens luxCDABE operon for engineering bioluminescent Gram-negative bacteria. The bacterial
luciferase operon consists of luxC (751-2190), luxD (2205-3125), luxA (3177- 4256), luxB (4274-5254) and luxE (5364-6545) can be excised from the vector by restriction enzyme digestion.
