XenoLight RediJect Bone Probe 680
XenoLight RediJect Bone Probe 680 conjugate is a novel fluorescence reagent for targeting hydroxyapatite. Hydroxyapatite, a biomarker for osteoblast activity, is an essential component of normal bone. RediJect Bone Probe 680 conjugate, when used in conjunction with the IVIS imaging system, allows for in vivo detection, measurement and monitoring of skeletal changes in a variety of disease models including osteoarthritis.• Dispensed to image 5 animals (explorer kit) or 20 animals (standard kit)
• Detection of ectopic bone formation in vivo
• Identification of skeletons in non-invasive fluorescence imaging
• In vivo imaging quality, validated on IVIS imaging systems

Fluorescent Imaging of RediJect Bone Probe 680 Targeting in Nu/Nu Mice

Free dye 680 (top row) and RediJect Bone probe 680 (bottom row) was injected into male nu/nu mice (2 nmol/mouse) through tail vein.
Fluorescent images were taken at various time points using an IVIS Lumina XR. Dorsal views are shown. Pre: pre-image before injection.
