XenoLight RediJect Integrin 750 Probe
Xenolight RediJect Integrin Probe 750 is a fluorescent probe for in vivo imaging of angiogenesis that is enriched in tumors. This probe binds to avb3 integrin on the cell surface which are abundant in tumor masses. For efficient in vivo imaging, this probe is conjugated with fluorescent dye which has peak excitation at 750 nm. Xenolight Intergrin Probe 750 has been tested in vivo with subcutaneous tumor models and showed specific binding to the tumors. This fluorescent probe is available in ready-to-use packaging.
• Novel ready-to-use probe to monitor angiogenesis of tumors• Dispensed to image 5 animals (explorer kit) or 20 animals (standard kit)
• Non-invasive detection of avb3 integrin in primary tumors
• In vivo imaging quality, validated on IVIS imaging systems

Tumor targeting with RediJect Integrin 750 probe

3x106 U-87 MG-luc2 cells were implanted s.c in nu/nu mice. 16 days post implant mice were intravenously injected with 2 nmol of Integrin 750 probe or control IF750 dye and imaged at 3,6, and 24 with IVIS Spectrum (Ex745nm/Em820nm ). Mice injected with the Integrin 750 probe showed specific accumulation of the probe to the tumor sites. Quantification showed a peak signal at 3 hours and the tumor remained labeled at 24 hours. In comparison, mice that were injected with 750 control dye showed no specific targeting at the tumor site. Bioluminescence imaging showed similar luciferase activity in all the mice correlating with tumor volume.
