XenoFluor™ 750 Labeling Kit
The Caliper XenoFluor 750™ Labeling Kit (P/N 760381) provides a convenient means to label, purify and determine the degree of labeling for up to 6 mg (3 x 2mg labeling reactions) of protein with the XenoFluor 750™ near-IR emitting dye. The kit has been optimized using 2mg of IgG per conjugation reaction. Comparable amounts of other proteins (greater than 30 kDa) can also be labeled using the kit.XenoFluor 750™ conjugated proteins are routinely used for in vivo imaging assays and optimized for use with IVIS Imaging Systems.
