XenoLight CF750 labeling kit (3 labelings)

Caliper’s XenoLight CF750 Labeling kits are designed for preparing fluorescently labeled antibodies for in vivo imaging in small animals. Each kit contains one of our superior near-IR XenoLight CF dyes and everything else you need for carrying out the labeling reaction and purifying the labeled product.
The reactive dye has a succinimidyl ester group, which reacts with an amine group of the protein (i.e., lysine side-chain amine) to form a stable amide linkage. The dye is supplied in three separate vials, each containing sufficient dye for labeling 1-2mg of IgG antibody.

Applications
XenoLight CF labeling kits provide a flexible solution for labeling proteins, peptides or antibodies. Available in a 680 nm, 750 nm or 770nm dye formulation, XenoLight CF kits are ideal for in vivo optical imaging. The low immunogenicity coupled with high solubility and >95% reactivity results in conjugates that are highly specific, bright and with improved half life.
