Training and Certification
The Customer First Institute of Training & Development based at our Hopkinton, MA headquarters offers hands-on accelerated learning approaches in a classroom environment. We provide the flexibility our busy customers need in order to meet their training objectives.
Alternatively our On-Site Training Program may be the right option for you. On-site training is ideal for any automation user and is especially useful for those facilities that have multiple system users. Periodically, we also sponsor Training Road Shows, bringing our trainers and equipment to various locations throughout the U.S.
Future goals of the Customer First Institute include online training options and computerized self-teach tools.
